Off road product is used in building site vehicles such as dumpers, trucks, JCB's, and all heavy machinery vehicles.

This drum is 25 litres. Tyre size chart will be provided.

Tyreseal Grade 2 Off Road product will seal any tyre that holds air. This product has capability of sealing 12mm punctures.

Used in the UK by many companies and worldwide.

Pump needed for drum at the price of £60.

It is much easier and convenient to buy a drum and pump over bottles.

Tyre Valve remover and size chart will be provided on all orders.

Instructions with using a Tyreseal pump:

1. Using a Tyre Valve remover, remove the Tyre Valve. You do not need to let all the air come out.

2. Insert the Tyreseal pump which is connected to the 25 litre drum in the Tyre Valve area. Make sure the Tyreseal pump is unlocked correctly by turning the black switch to the side.

3. Using the size chart, pump the right amount of Tyreseal. Each pump from the top to the bottom is 100ML.

4. Disconnect the Tyreseal pump and reinsert the Tyre Valve.

5. Top up the air which was slightly lost during the installation.

 

Instructions with using a bottle:

1. Using a Tyre Valve remover, remove the Tyre Valve and let all the air out.

2. Once all the air is out, pull the top bottle lid until it is fully extended with the inserter.

3. Using the size chart, squeeze the right amount of Tyreseal using the Tyreseal bottle inserter.

4. Disconnect the Tyreseal bottle inserter and reinsert the Tyre Valve.

5. Top up the air which was lost during the installation.

To manually insert Tyreseal without using a pump or bottle. You will have to take the tyre out including the rim and pour in the sealant inside the tyre making sure the correct amount of sealant goes in using the size chart then put the tyre back in.
