Tyreseal is an water solible product with tiny rubber particals base tyre sealant which when installed in a tyre will give full protection against air loss for the entire legal life of a tyre and will eradicate the following:
- Tread punctures
- Bead leaks (With special procedure)
- Rim leaks (With special procedure)
- Porosity leaks
- Tube tyre or wheel-related leaks
Tyreseal can be made up from either Ethylene Glycol or Propylene Glycol From either composition the product still remains non-toxic, non-hazardous. It does not require (EPA) - Environmental Protection Agency classification and complies with all (TSCA) - Toxic Substance Control Authority requirements.
Tyreseal has a revolutionary water and chemical formula that enables the product to remain fluid at all times, thus enabling the product to immediately seal a puncture wound made by a puncturing object:
up to 12mm (1/2") in a commercial vehicle tyre. (and even larger objects in off road tyres.)
...in the main the tread area of the tyre, without loss of air pressure for the legal life of the tyre.

Tyreseal has been tested to ECE Regulation 30 Standard:
- tested to speeds of up to 150mph (240kph).
- can withstand 4 times maximum pressure loading after puncture has been made.
